The purpose of the Best of Hokkaido Blog is to provide information relevant to people intending to visit central Hokkaido, in particular Asahikawa, Biei, Furano and the Daisetsuzan National Park. At different times of the year there are plenty of sights and activities to be enjoyed in this part of Japan, though information about them is often hard to come by. We hope that this blog will help to fill in some of the gaps.
